  • Patent number: 12620264
Abstract: A computer includes a processor and a memory, the memory stores instructions executable by the processor to generate a first cropped image by applying a first cropping operation to a captured image, in which the first cropping operation is selected based on a first component to be actuated. The instructions can additionally be to apply a live person image recognition algorithm to the first cropped image to determine whether a recognized person is represented in the first cropped image and to output a signal to initiate actuation of the first component in response to the live person image recognition algorithm responsive to determining that the recognized person is in the first cropped image and is permitted to actuate the first component.

  • Patent number: 12235107
Abstract: The disclosure generally pertains to systems and methods for use of a vehicle to conduct a site survey. An example method can include receiving navigation guidance to move a vehicle along a pre-defined path on a property for executing a site survey operation of the property. The site survey operation can include a staking procedure performed by a robotic arm attached to the vehicle, an image capture procedure performed by use of a camera in the vehicle, and/or a subterranean scanning procedure for detecting a buried object. In an example implementation, the staking procedure can include inserting at a first location on the property, a stake having affixed thereon, a barcode label. A barcode scanner can be used to read the barcode label for obtaining information associated with an object present at the first location.

  • Patent number: 12157433
Abstract: An enhanced validation mode for a vehicle is provided. Presence of a primary access device is identified, using a radio frequency (RF) transceiver of the vehicle. Responsive to the vehicle being in the enhanced validation mode, aspects of a secondary access device are validated with an access list descriptive of which secondary access devices are allowable for use in confirming a user is authorized, in addition to utilizing the primary access device to validate access to the vehicle, the secondary access device being a physical credential issued to a user to grant the user access to a physical location. Responsive to the vehicle not being in the enhanced validation mode, the primary access device but not the secondary access device are utilized to validate access to the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 12010114
Abstract: Upon determining a first user of an object is authorized via first biometric data, object components are controlled based on user data for the first user. A second user is permitted to access the object based on detecting a presence of the second user within a predetermined time of detecting an absence of the first user. Then, upon determining a delay parameter is satisfied, a user status of the second user is determined via second biometric data. The user status is one of authorized or not authorized. The object components are controlled based on the user status of the second user.
