  • Patent number: 11853791
Abstract: Transaction scheduling is described for a user data cache by assessing update criteria. In one example an event records memory stores a list of events each corresponding to performance of a transaction at a remote resource for a user. The memory has criteria for each event and a criterion value for each criterion and event combination. An event manager assesses criteria for each event by performing an operation on the stored criterion value for each criterion and event combination, assigning a score for each criterion and event combination, and compiling the assigned scores to generate a composite score for each event. The events are ordered based on the respective composite scores and executed in the ordered sequence by performing a corresponding transaction at remote resource. Updated criterion values are stored for executed events.

  • Patent number: 10133622
Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems, methods, and software for enhancing error detection in data synchronization operations. In an implementation, log data reported by a device is received and incorporated into an event database indicating interleaved events related to data synchronization threads on the device. The event database is queried to extract a listing of events in the event database, the listing of events comprising events potentially associated with at least one error condition in the data synchronization threads. The listing of events is processed to identify one or more patterns from among the interleaved events that indicate the at least one error condition in the data synchronization threads. Responsive to identifying the one or more patterns, an indication of the at least one error condition in the data synchronization threads is communicated.

  • Publication number: 20180315489
Abstract: The invention pertains to the fields of healthcare services and machine learning. More particularly, the invention pertains to a computer-implemented system for and method of gathering patient attitudes, values, opinions, traits, indicators of health, and symptoms of distress via a user interface that includes a moveable element with high granularity that presents a series of dichotomous choices allowing a patient or other person to move the element across the range of available values. The disclosure also describes a method of transforming legacy psychometric items into a form that modifies the kind of data produced through their usage. This continuous, high-granularity, data generated by the patient interaction can be used to generate training and test sets in machine learning and to facilitate the AI-optimized assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental and emotional health and distress at a distance.
