Abstract: A head-mounted device may have a head-mounted housing containing rear-facing displays that display images for a user when the head-mounted housing is worn by the user. The head-mounted housing may be coupled to the user's head using a headband. The headband may include a first headband portion and a second headband portion that extends from the first headband portion at a fixed angle. Stiffeners may be included in the first and second headband portions. The stiffeners may be formed from braided cords and may be embedded in the first and second headband portions to allow the headband to conform to a user's head when worn. Other stiffeners may be mounted to a surface of the headband to maintain an angle between the first and second headband portions. The ends of the headband may have curved corners, and may appear seamless to the naked eye.

Abstract: This invention relates to disposable and recyclable protective coverings for the top portion of a seat, such as those found in cinemas, theaters, and airplanes. The Disposable and Recyclable Protective Seat Covering consists of a belt, which fits to most seats, and a strap that runs overtop the seat and fastens on the back of the belt. The belt contains a raised head guard for user protection and comfort, and a pocket for storing small valuables. Also, an optional drape hangs from the belt and covers the front of the seat.

Abstract: Methods and system for facilitating the in-person wagering process. A bettor operates a device, such as a smartphone or tablet PC, to indicate the various indicia of a desired wager: amount, event, etc. In some embodiments, the device facilitates the indication by presenting past wagers or other preconstructed wagers. Once the wager or wagers are finalized, the device displays a graphical indicia permitting access to the various attributes of the wager(s). The graphical indicia may also include other desirable features such as error correction, authentication, etc.

Abstract: A method of printing includes the steps of: receiving an image data file from an originator at said printer, said image data file including at least one origination identifier; determining if said at least one originator identifier matches an authorization identifier stored in memory of said printer, said authorization identifier corresponding to at least one enable property; and printing said image data file using at least one imaging substance, said imaging substance enabled for said originator.
