  • Patent number: 11880717
Abstract: An apparatus includes a multi-tenant computer system including a processor and a memory operatively coupled to the processor. The apparatus receives a first service request from a first compute device and a second service request from a second compute device. Data values of the first service request are not accessible by the second compute device and data values of the second request are not accessible by the first compute device. The apparatus merges the data values of the first service request and the data values of the second service request and filters the results based on a set of rules not accessible to the second compute device to produce a first filtered result responsive to the second service request. The apparatus also filters the results based on a set of rules not accessible to the first compute device to produce a second filtered result responsive to the first service request.

  • Patent number: 11310344
Abstract: In some embodiments, a non-transitory processor-readable medium receives, from a client compute device and at a multi-tenant computer system, a service request that includes an authentication token provided by a third-party compute device and that identifies a single-tenant account (1) of the multi-tenant computer system and (2) associated with the client compute device. The medium sends an information request for first information associated with the service request to the third-party compute device. The medium receives the first information from the third-party compute device in response to the information request. The medium processes the service request based on the first information to produce a service result responsive to the service request. The medium sends the service result to the client compute device.

  • Publication number: 20220036440
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide for a method and system for point of sale (POS) real estate transactions. The exemplary system includes a database of interactive three-dimensional (3D) floorplans of real estate property and a database of 3D interactive digital replicas of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE) used in real estate. Further, the exemplary system includes an interactive virtual reality digital space within which to manipulate the 3D interactive floorplans as well as insert the 3D digital replicas of the FFE to create a customized virtual real estate space. Further, the exemplary system also includes an electronic checkout mechanism so that the user can purchase the real-world versions of the real estate property and FFE in the customized virtual real estate space.

  • Publication number: 20080086716
Abstract: A system and method for information display based on a family of display screens for displaying information derived from numerous data sources including intermediate datasources. Each display screen includes function controls as well as indicator controls. The function controls link a first level display screen to subsidiary display screens. A capacity is provided for saving defined display screen formats and for generating a custom display screen based on function controls which were previously defined in defined display screens. Also disclosed is a method of using a family of display screens for managing access to information and displaying that information.
