  • Patent number: 10598196
Abstract: A reduced-noise pneumatic motor has a housing with a cap disposed at a first end, the cap having an air inlet; a base disposed at a second end, the base having an air outlet hole formed therein and configured to at least partially receive a noise damping system, and a piston pump extending therethrough; and bolts extending from the cap to the base to secure the cap and the base to the housing. A pneumatic piston is disposed within the housing, and includes a shuttle valve situated within a central bore of the pneumatic piston. A piston rod has a first end extending into the piston pump and a second end secured to a spring which biases the piston rod against the pneumatic piston.

  • Publication number: 20190100417
Abstract: Embodiments of vehicle lifts and swivel mounts are disclosed. A lifting system for a vehicle comprises a vehicle lift and a mount configured to attach to the vehicle lift. The mount has a saddle comprising a horizontal plate and first and second side plates extending from opposing sides of the horizontal plate; a pair of raceways disposed atop the horizontal plate defining a channel; a plurality of ball bearings disposed within the channel; a tray rotatably secured to the horizontal plate, the tray being freely rotatable atop the ball bearings; and at least one tie down secured to the saddle. A vehicle is positioned atop the mount and is rotatable via the tray. Rotation of the vehicle is temporarily impeded by strapping the vehicle to the tie down.

  • Patent number: 8608130
Abstract: One disclosed lifting apparatus includes a base, a receiving portion, first and second arms, and a support. The base has a proximal end, a distal end, and first and second opposed sides. The first side has a plurality of receiving areas spaced apart between the proximal and distal ends. The arms are rotatably coupled to the base for movement between lowered and raised positions, and are coupled to the receiving portion. The receiving portion is relatively near the base distal end when the first and second arms are at the lowered position, and the receiving portion is relatively distant to the base distal end when the first and second arms are at the raised position. The support rotatably extends from the first arm and automatically engages at least one of the receiving areas when the first and second arms move from the lowered position to the raised position.

  • Publication number: 20110227302
Abstract: One transformable creeper includes three portions. The first portion has a frame, four wheels operatively coupled to the frame such that a lower edge of the frame is maintained above a lowermost point of the four wheels by no more than about two thirds the diameter of the four wheels, and a first support surface operatively coupled to the frame. The second portion has a second frame rotatably coupled to the frame and a second support surface. A lock maintains the second frame at three angles relative to the frame (generally 180°; between about 90° and 180°; and between 0° and 90°). The third portion has a third frame rotatably coupled to the second frame, two wheels, and a third support surface. A lock respectively maintains the third frame at two angles relative to the second frame (generally 180°, and between 0° and 90°).
