An apparatus is configured to parse one or more utility reliability standards to identify compliance requirements associated with a utility, create a compliance model based on the compliance requirements for each of the one or more utility reliability standards, determine utility data for a utility organization, the utility data associated with the compliance requirements, and generate one or more compliance tasks for the utility organization based on the compliance model and the utility data.
