Abstract: Methods and systems for packaging, transcoding, and fragmenting files (e.g., video content) are described. Video content may be transcoded into fix size, variable duration fragments files that satisfy a target fragment file size. Those fragment files may be received, decoded to recover original frames of the underlying video, and then repackaged as new fragment files that are grouped based on overall file size. As a result, the new fragments may have different playback durations, but their overall file sizes may be the same and/or within a target fragment file size (TFS).

Abstract: A stacked image sensor includes a first semiconductor chip, wherein the first semiconductor chip includes a first contact electrically connected to the first transfer transistor and disposed to extend in a Z-axis direction, a second contact electrically connected to the second transfer transistor and disposed to extend in the Z-axis direction, a plurality of third contacts electrically connected with each of the first floating diffusion region and the second floating diffusion region and disposed to extend in the Z-axis direction, and a first metal region configured to electrically connect the plurality of third contacts to one another and disposed to extend in the Z-axis direction, and the first contact, the second contact, and the first metal region contact a first surface of a first interlayer insulation layer where the first contact, the second contact, and the first metal region are formed.

Abstract: A tool holding sleeve for use on a tool belt includes a sleeve shaped body formed by a flexible material, the sleeve shaped body having a main body section and a neck section, the main body section having an upper edge, a lower edge and a height that is greater than a height of the neck section. The neck section extends along only a portion of the upper edge of the main body section such that the upper edge includes a neck free segment and/or the upper edge of the main body section has a perimeter dimension that is larger than a perimeter dimension of the lower edge of the main body section such that an upper opening of the sleeve shaped body is larger than a lower opening of the sleeve shaped body.

Abstract: Described herein are features for a high altitude lighter-than-air (LTA) system and associated methods. The LTA may include one or more super-pressure balloons (SPB). One or more of the SPB's may include one or more interior volumes. One or more of the interior volumes may be configured to receive an LTA gas therein to supplement the free lift of the LTA system. There may be an adjustable valve or vent to release the LTA gas. One or more of the interior volumes may be configured to receive ambient air to provide a variable downward force. The SPB may use a compressor to pump in ambient air. The compressor or another valve may release ambient air to decrease the downward force. A zero-pressure balloon (ZPB) may be attached with the one or more SPB's. The ZPB may supplement lift for the system.

Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and methods are described for providing updated manifests for content items. The updated manifests may present one or more expected characteristics for a given one or more segments of the content items. The device receiving the content item may use the updated manifests to select a representation of the content item or portion thereof.

Abstract: A system and method for a video conferencing system with meeting migration allows a client device to migrate a meeting from a first physical conference room to a second physical conference room. At any point during the meeting, the video conferencing system in the first physical conference room may be paused and the current state of the video conferencing system may be saved. The meeting may then be migrated to a second physical conference room. The contents of the shared display and other elements of the video conference are saved and restarted in the second physical conference room.
