Patent number: 11114087Abstract: An example system and method for monitoring digital conversations is described. In particular, conversations are monitored for periods of inactivity, where upon identifying a particular period of inactivity, further communications are automatically generated to refresh and restart the conversations based on one or more predefined messages. In one example method, a communication target is identified, where the communication target is associated with an existing conversation. An inactivity-based rule is associated with the target and the conversation, the rule associated with an inactivity time and at least one message. Activity associated with the conversation is monitored to determine whether a time of inactivity exceeds the inactivity time. In response to determining that the inactivity time exceeds the inactivity-based rule, a new message is automatically generated and transmitted to the target based on the at least one message of the inactivity-based rule.Type: GrantFiled: July 27, 2018Date of Patent: September 7, 2021Assignee: Disruptive Multimedia, Inc.Inventor: Ryan Leslie

Patent number: 8844745Abstract: A lid structure for use with a container for storing personal care products is disclosed. The lid structure includes a lid-activation button that when pressed allows the lid top to rotate about the lid base giving a consumer access to the contents of the container. Additionally, the lid-activation button functions so that the lid top is released independent of where the lid-activation button is pressed by the consumer. To create better and more consistent opening of the lid top portion, an inner longitudinal edge of the lid-activation button may be attached to the lid bottom via a living hinge that is formed integrally with the lid base. A strengthening rib is attached to the living hinge that keeps the main body side of the living hinge immobile and encourages the button side of the living hinge to flex when the lid-activation button is depressed.Type: GrantFiled: August 30, 2010Date of Patent: September 30, 2014Assignee: Kimberly-Clark Worldwide, Inc.Inventors: Timothy James Peters, Ryan Leslie Fulscher, Robert Samuel Schlaupitz, Kieron H. Patent number: 8398041Abstract: Generally, a mounting bracket for mounting a mountable object is disclosed. The mounting bracket includes a baseplate has a substantially flat mounting surface and an opposite outward-facing surface. A ledge extends a first distance from the outward-facing surface to support the mountable object. A mounting bracket locking component adapted to frictionally engage a mountable object locks the mountable object in place. Additionally, a stabilizing member extending a second distance from the outward-facing surface contacts the mountable object to help limit movement of the object during use. The mounting bracket may be used with a material dispenser in a wall mountable material dispensing system. The wall mountable material dispensing system may be packaged as a kit wherein the mounting bracket is packaged within the material dispenser.Type: GrantFiled: September 29, 2009Date of Patent: March 19, 2013Assignee: Kimberly-Clark Worldwide, Inc.Inventors: Andrew Dale Brinkdopke, Ryan Leslie Fulscher, Robert Samuel Schlaupitz, Christine Marie Cowell, David James Wilks, Elizabeth Oriel Bradley
