A dispensing opening is formed in the front wall, and a movable cover can cover the dispensing opening. The dispenser includes a seam that can be opened to an open position and resealed to a closed position to connect the front wall to the back wall. The open position defines a refill opening. The dispenser includes a front wall eyelet extending through the front wall and a back wall eyelet extending through the back wall, and the front wall eyelet is superposed over the back wall eyelet. The dispenser includes a handle connected to the pouch via a handle connector. The handle connector extends through the front wall eyelet and the back wall eyelet.

The lid structure includes a lid-activation button that when pressed allows the lid top to rotate about the lid base giving a consumer access to the contents of the container. Additionally, the lid-activation button functions so that the lid top is released independent of where the lid-activation button is pressed by the consumer. To create better and more consistent opening of the lid top portion, an inner longitudinal edge of the lid-activation button may be attached to the lid bottom via a living hinge that is formed integrally with the lid base. A strengthening rib is attached to the living hinge that keeps the main body side of the living hinge immobile and encourages the button side of the living hinge to flex when the lid-activation button is depressed.

The mounting bracket may be used with a material dispenser in a wall mountable material dispensing system. The wall mountable material dispensing system may be packaged as a kit wherein the mounting bracket is packaged within the material dispenser.

The material dispenser may include a base defining a cavity to store the hanging member which is rotatable into the cavity for storage. The hanging member may also have a proximal end rotatably connected to the material dispenser, and a distal end including a retaining element, wherein the retaining element is rotatable through an angle of at least about 90 degrees.

A rigid flip top is disposed over the carton opening for access to the interior tub and a plurality of wet wipes is disposed within the interior tub beneath the baffle. Because the exterior of the wet wipes package is similar to a facial tissue carton, similar graphical treatments as applied to facial tissue cartons can be used to design an attractive package.
