Abstract: The present invention is a system and method for providing a multi-User and multi-device interface that functions as a single Cloud-based access point for Regulators, Operators and the general public to information regarding all aspects of regulatory compliance for any number of Sites or projects that are subject to regulatory oversight, wherein access to the data is strictly controlled so that only portions of the data are visible to a User based on pre-defined access rights, and wherein the system is ultimately designed to facilitate regulatory compliance by providing access to forms, permits and all other documentation needed so that a Site or project can be inspected and the proper reports may be generated for the activities of the Operator at a Site or project.
