  • Patent number: 11324166
Abstract: Frame assemblies for a corn row head formed from components formed from different materials may include a frame portion having a first beam leg and a second beam leg formed of a first material and a skid plate attached to each of the first beam leg and the second beam leg formed from a second material different than the first material. The first material may be aluminum, and the second material may be steel. In some implementations, a breast plate joining the first beam leg and the second beam leg may be formed from the first material and may be welded to the first beam leg and the second beam leg. In other implementations, the breast plate may be formed from the second material and may be adhesively bonded to the first and second beam legs.

  • Publication number: 20180345302
Abstract: A dispensing nozzle is disclosed herein. The dispensing nozzle includes a hollow enclosure defining an inner chamber. A fluid dispersion element is arranged within the inner chamber and includes a fluid inlet having at least two orifices that respectively open into and communicate with an associated fluid dispersion channel. Each fluid dispersion channel has a reduced cross section from that of the fluid inlet and are arranged to disperse flow of materials received at the fluid inlet into parallel streams of flow prior to recombination of the materials at the nozzle outlet.

  • Publication number: 20120325781
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a system for carrying out a welding process. The system includes a controllable robot having a robotic arm and a welding device coupled to the robotic arm. The welding device is configured to perform the welding process. The system also includes a housing coupled to the robotic arm adjacent the welding device and a closure member pivotably coupled to one end of the housing. The closure member is adapted to pivot between an open position and a closed position. A camera is disposed in the housing and removably coupled thereto. The camera has a lens oriented towards the closure member. The system further includes a light source disposed in the housing and removably coupled thereto such that the light source is disposed adjacent to the camera. During the welding process, the camera and light source are enclosed by the housing and closure member.
