Abstract: A mobile software application by which a user may stream, from a unique host user profile associated with the user, an online session being associated with one or more items available for sale from the user (e.g., available for auction). One or more graphical user interfaces of the application enable mobile devices of external users to access the host user's online session by displaying a real-time video stream in conjunction with one or more images/videos associated with the available product(s). These external users may use the GUI(s) to participate in the auction of the product(s), e.g., by placing bids, within the host user's online session. The host user may utilize one or more fully integrated services and features that enable the host user to more efficiently and easily conduct the online session.

Abstract: A multi-purpose portable light includes an elongated body that has a first end and a second end. The elongated body extends from the first end to the second end. A headlight is mounted on the first end of the elongated body and a floodlight panel is located at a front portion of the elongated body. Further, the second end of the elongated body includes a base member. In addition, the elongated member includes one or more of the following elements: a belt clip, one or more magnets, an aperture to attach a fastener, a bottle opener, and a hook mechanism.

Abstract: An apparatus and methods for implementing a garage door monitoring system coupled to a garage door opener. The door monitoring system allow a user to actuate the door under control via a network connection. In at least one embodiment, the door monitoring system is controlled by a cell phone or networked appliance capable of transmitting information and data via a cellular telephone network. The door monitoring system provides the added advantage of allowing a remote user to view the areas or regions near to the door under control prior to actuating the door. At least one embodiment comprises a method to validate reception of the pictures or video clips of the areas or regions near to the door prior to enabling the system to actuate the door. In another embodiment a pass code is embedded into the pictures or video provided to the remote user.
