A mechanical seal assembly for plugging an opening in a tubular object by contacting an inner circumferential surface of the tubular object includes a stopper configured for insertion into an interior of the tubular object for plugging the opening. The stopper includes a surface configured for matching the inner circumferential surface of the tubular object.

Attribute data associated with a plurality of attribute sources is accessed. A user preference indicating a preference for performing on a secondary user device a complementary activity corresponding to the device activity is inferred. Based on the inferred user preference, the secondary user device is identified according to a device status of the secondary user device, the device status indicating a device capability to perform the complementary activity. The complementary activity to be performed on the secondary user device is generated by analyzing at least one of the device activity, a device functionality of the secondary user device, and the user preference. Instructions to perform the complementary activity are transmitted to the secondary user device.

Abstract: In various example embodiments, systems and methods to provide proximity recommendations are provided. In example embodiments, data representing prioritized recommendations for a user is received. The data representing the prioritized recommendations is used to generated a composite visual representation by embedding select prioritized recommendations into a visual representation. The composite visual representation presents a higher prioritized recommendation in a more spatially prominent manner than a lower prioritized recommendation. The composite visual representation is then presented to the user.

A display layout based on attributes associated with the primary result and the peripheral result is generated. The display layout is then formatted into instructions, which will cause a device to render the display layout. The instructions are transmitted to the client device.

Abstract: In various example embodiments, a system and method for causing the performance of a complementary activity on a secondary device that is complementary to a device activity performed on a primary user device are presented. In an example embodiment, a device activity, being performed by a primary user device is detected. A secondary user device capable of performing a complementary activity corresponding to the device activity is identified. Instructions are generated for the secondary user device to perform the complementary activity based on the complementary activity including an activity component that utilizes a functionality of the secondary user device not available on the primary user device, wherein the functionality includes capturing data of a particular data type from a sensor. The instructions to perform the complementary activity are transmitted to the secondary user device.

The rendering and display instructions may also include instructions for displaying the image gallery. The status information at the client device may be updated as status information changes.

The method includes receiving image data of an item of interest from a client device. The image data is used to identify a similar item from an image catalog based on the image data of the item. Attribute information associated with the similar item is retrieved and used to pre-populate a template. The pre-populated template is sent to the client device, and modified data from the client device is received in response, with the modified data resulting in a final template. A listing based on the final template is generated.
