A digital communication network (DCN) is provided for a plurality of members of a population to communicate with each other and/or the DCN. An individual member is identified from the plurality of members and one or more communications of the individual member are analyzed. A topic of reflection from a plurality of topics of reflection is determined based on the analysis and a question is automatically generated based on the topic of reflection. The question is transmitted to the individual member via the DCN.
