  • Patent number: 11957280
Abstract: The present invention pertains to paper product devices for holding toilet paper, particularly toilet roll spindles and holders that simultaneously provide illumination in an area. Embodiments described for the present invention use a toilet paper spindle housing, one or more springs designed to hold the electrical device in place, a power source, often battery powered, one or more lights within the housing to illuminate an area around and including a toilet, an ambient light sensor to detect an ambient light level, a toilet paper slide preventer and motion sensor guard, and one or more passive infrared sensors to detect movement in an area. The embodiment may illuminate an area for a specific time duration once motion or occupancy is detected. In one embodiment, the toilet roll spindle housing attaches vertically to a freestanding base and may be comprised of a power source, a photocell sensor, and infrared sensors.

  • Publication number: 20230212711
Abstract: A degassing launder having a plurality of partition plates configured to block a flow of molten aluminum and including a plurality of domes. Two adjacent partition plates and two side walls of the launder form a degassing chamber. A lower portion of the partition plates is provided with a passage through which the molten aluminum flows into a next degassing chamber. The domes are arranged on the bottom of the launder.

  • Patent number: 10393439
Abstract: Disclosed is a flux injector assembly and method for refining a molten material, wherein at least a portion of the material is aluminum, as it flows through a trough. A dispensing rod having a hollow body and a dispensing rim is configured to allow a flux and/or inert gas to travel through the hollow body and be injected into the molten material through the dispensing rim as the molten material flows through the trough. A baffle plate is configured to be positioned within the molten material in the associated trough to allow the molten material to flow passed the baffle plate. The elongated dispensing rod is positioned at a downstream location relative to the baffle plate. The rate of flow of molten material is increased as it passes the dispensing rim of the elongated dispensing rod to inject and mix the flux within the molten aluminum alloy.

  • Publication number: 20150238992
Abstract: An apparatus includes a dolly configured to carry a paint body through a curing oven. The dolly is made of a material that has a higher specific heat capacity than that of carbon steel, has a lower mass than known standard dollies, is insulated, or combinations thereof such that the overall energy required to heat and cool the dolly is reduced relative to known standard dollies.

  • Patent number: 8590801
Abstract: A system and method for controlling the temperature and humidity of ambient air entering an air supply unit at conditions falling within an atmospheric window to produce optimal temperature and humidity conditions inside a paint booth. The system includes a humidity control loop and a temperature control loop. The humidity control loop monitors the humidity within the paint booth, and directs the temperature control loop to increase the temperature within the paint booth when humidity therein is above a set value. The temperature and humidity within the paint booth are thus maintained within an optimal window.
