Abstract: A gimbal assembly including a gimbal housing having opposed first and second yoke portions dimensioned and configured to receive a surveillance device therebetween, the yoke portions defining a gimbal axis about which the surveillance device can rotate relative to the gimbal housing, and a drive assembly disposed within the first yoke portion of the gimbal housing for driving the surveillance device about the gimbal axis, the drive assembly having a connector adapted and configured to mate with and pass electrical signals to and from a corresponding connector on the surveillance device, wherein the second yoke portion is detachable from the gimbal housing to gain access to the surveillance device and the surveillance device is removably connected to the drive assembly.

Abstract: Online commercial activities are susceptible to high levels of fraud. Online sources of goods, including business-to-business resources, marketplace web sites, custom retail web sites, and the like may knowingly or unknowingly pass off counterfeit goods as genuine, sell overstock goods at low prices without production and commission costs, and solicit customers anonymously. In some embodiments of the present disclosure, electronic commerce sites are monitored using data metrics to track electronic retailer activities, monitor distribution volumes by source, and monitor pricing. Analysis of such items may be used to detect potentially fraudulent activity, and, based on manufacturer policy and threshold settings, may automatically report, notify, or take action against such illicit product sources.

Abstract: A compact disc box container assembly for holding a number of compact disc container boxes and for displaying, illuminating, and viewing the facial informational indicia of the disc boxes. The holder comprises a pair of opposing longitudinal sides defining a structure with angularly disposed channels, at least two tray members, and at least a pair of end caps slidably engaged to the longitudinal sides. The composition of the composing material includes a fluorescent dyestuff for the illumination of the disc boxes, especially from the edges of the elements that make-up the assembly.
