Abstract: Methods and supporting systems for generating customized presentations include obtaining a presentation template comprising a specific slide that permits conditional elements (and in some cases can therefore be customizable), generating a conditional slide by assigning a slide condition to the specific slide, and generating the customized presentation that includes the conditional slide.

Abstract: Flexible air bladders and associated air assemblies provide compression and blood flow moderation in a variety of applications including blood flow restriction training (BFR) and limb compression for injury prevention. An integrated air assembly comprises a flexible manual pump, a check valve air intake, one-way valve and a pressure release valve. The user can properly position and fasten the air bladder around a limb using a special type of band, sleeve, or by wearing a piece of clothing containing strategically placed air bladders and integrated air assemblies. Each air assembly allows the user to easily and manually add air to the bladder by pressing on a designated area of the pump which causes the bladder to extend on the inward facing portion of the band, compression sleeve, or piece of clothing toward the limb until a desired pressure is achieved around the limb to support blood flow moderation.

Abstract: A crankset for a bicycle comprising a shaft rotationally engaged with a bicycle frame, the shaft having a radially extending flange disposed toward one end, a first crank arm and a second crank arm, and each connected to an opposing end of the shaft and being approximately 180 degrees out of phase with each other, a first sprocket keyed to the shaft, the first sprocket having a toothed belt engaging surface, and a spacer member disposed between the first sprocket and the flange for adjusting a first sprocket position.

Abstract: A strap wrench comprising a gripping member, a flexible member, an end of the gripping member comprising a first slot for receiving the flexible member, a locking member engagable within a flexible member wrap portion, the flexible member wrap portion and locking member having an interference engagement within the first slot, a second slot parallel to the first slot for receiving another end of the flexible member, and the locking member having a tapered cross-sectional form and having a surface texture for frictionally engaging the flexible member wrap portion within the first slot.

Abstract: A system and method for graphically presenting profile data includes providing a plurality of fields on a display, each field representing a different trait. The fields are populated with a representative shape. Each shape represents a trait or sub trait where the shape represents a magnitude of the trait or sub trait. The traits and sub traits collectively provide an entity profile. Graphic modification to the representative shape permits a comparison with another entity profile with graphically depicted traits in accordance with the graphic modification.

Abstract: A system and method for portable compatibility determination includes a service computer configured to handle compatibility requests from mobile users. The service computer includes a messaging system configured to receive a request from a sender, decipher identifying information from the request for the sender and a subject person, and reply with a report to at least the sender. A matching engine is configured to associate a profile of the sender with available information to determine a compatibility measurement between the sender and the subject person. A report generator is configured to format the report based upon the compatibility measurement.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus are provided for sequential authentication of a user that employ one or more error rates characterizing each security challenge. According to one aspect of the invention, a user is challenged with at least one knowledge challenge to obtain an intermediate authentication result; and the user challenges continue until a cumulative authentication result satisfies one or more criteria. The intermediate authentication result is based, for example, on one or more of false accept and false reject error probabilities for each knowledge challenge. A false accept error probability describes a probability of a different user answering the knowledge challenge correctly. A false reject error probability describes a probability of a genuine user not answering the knowledge challenge correctly. The false accept and false reject error probabilities can be adapted based on field data or known information about a given challenge.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for remote access to a target application is disclosed where a system administrator may establish telephonic contact with an interactive voice response system and obtain access to the target application by speech communication. The interactive response system may authenticate the system administrator by implementing various measures including biometric measures. Once access is granted, the interactive response system may broker a communication between the target application using text/data and the system administrator using natural language.
