  • Publication number: 20230177490
Abstract: This disclosure is directed to methods and systems for cryptographic asset generation using short range wireless communication. The methods and systems enable creation and distribution of cryptographic assets with proof of in-person contact over various wireless technologies, including but not limited to, NFC, low-energy Bluetooth, and others. This is achieved by passing a cryptographic asset template from a creator device to a collector device via NFC. The cryptographic asset template is passed to a server for confirmation and subsequently starts the process of minting a smart contract on a blockchain. The processes disclosed herein include cryptographic asset template creation, template distribution, template-to-cryptographic asset creation, and smart contract execution.

  • Publication number: 20110143088
Abstract: Method for preparing a NiO nanosheet structure possessing (111) crystallographic planes as a primary surface with hexagonal holes, comprising the following steps: a) preparing a methanol solution of a nickel salt selected from the group consisting of nickel nitrate, nickel sulphate, nickel chlorate, nickel acetate, and nickel phosphate or a mixture thereof; b) adding benzyl alcohol (BZ), optionally substituted with alkyl, nitro, halo or amino, or a mixture thereof and urea to the solution of (a) in a ratio of Ni to BZ or substituted BZ of at least 1; c) solvent removal and calcination in air of the mixture, plate-like NiO nanosheet precursors therefore, NiO nanosheet structures obtainable by that method as well as various novel uses thereof.

  • Patent number: 7608238
Abstract: Periclase MgO having a nanosheet structure. The distance of the lattice planes in HRTEM is ?0.24 nm-0.25 nm. Method of preparing periclase MgO having a nanosheet structure including preparation of Mg(OCH3)2 in methanol solution. 4-methoxy benzy alcohol (MBZ) or 4-nitro benzyl alcohol (NBZ) or a mixture thereof is added in a ration of Mg to MBZ and/or NBZ of at least 1. Water/methanol mixture is added to the system. Solvent removal and calcinations in air is performed of the mixture.
