The stabilizer is composed of a reducing agent to neutralize oxidizing water sanitizers of at least about 0.0002 percent by weight and a coloring agent to provide a visual reference for aiding in determining the administration of the vaccine to the livestock of from about 0.00 to about 99.9998 percent by weight.
