  • Publication number: 20260029475
Abstract: An apparatus may include a controller and a relay device for measuring voltages associated with a battery and determining resistances associated with the battery that can be used to determine whether there is a battery ground associated with the battery. The relay device may comprise one or more switches that may be coupled to the battery for measuring the voltages. The relay device may be configured to implement an automated configuration sequence of one or more configurations of the one or more switches in order to the measure voltages. The controller may determine resistance values based on the measured voltages values. Based on comparing the resistance values to a threshold, one or more battery grounds of the battery may be determined and a notification may be output based on the detected one or more battery grounds.

  • Patent number: 12298822
Abstract: The technology relates to a memory insertion apparatus for pushing memory modules into corresponding memory sockets on a circuit board. The memory insertion apparatus may include a frame and an actuation assembly coupled to the frame, and one or more cam assemblies each rotatably coupled to the frame and operatively coupled to the actuation assembly. Each cam assembly may include a central shaft extending in a longitudinal direction, and a plurality of cams each having a tip configured to engage one of the memory modules, the tip extending from the central shaft in a respective radial direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. A center of each cam may be offset from centers of adjacent ones of the cams by a pitch distance that is about equal to a pitch distance between centers of adjacent ones of the memory sockets.
