Abstract: A peristaltic pump head with hybrid rollers and a tubing manifold includes a housing with a curved wall and adapted to secure a flexible tube within the housing. A roller assembly rotatable within the housing includes compression rollers and hybrid rollers. Each of the hybrid rollers comes into contact with the flexible tube during rotation of the roller assembly with the hybrid rollers being operative to partially decompress the flexible tube. Fluid is moved through the flexible tube by rotation of the roller assembly. A tubing manifold is included with the housing and configured for allowing a fixed length of the flexible tube in the housing by providing a fixed connection point for a first end of the flexible tube about an entrance of the housing and a fixed connection point for a second end of the flexible tube about an exit of the housing.
