Abstract: Disclosed are various embodiments for managing the state of client devices using device-driven management workflows. The device-driven management workflow can be evaluated to determine a current state of the computing device, install software, and direct the computing device to watch at least one value stored in memory for a modification. When at the at least one value stored in memory is modified, the computing device can execute the device-driven management workflow to resolve a discrepancy between the expected state and the current state or perform a remedial action to prevent unwanted access to secure resources.

Abstract: Disclosed are various examples of management service based device platform creation and device configuration. In some examples, a domain join configuration is identified. The configuration can include a device name format and a domain server identifier of a domain server. Instructions to create a device object using an enterprise directory service are transmitted to a management connector service within an enterprise firewall. A domain join blob is received. The domain join blob is transmitted to a device to enable the device to join a domain of the domain server.

The connector assembly is provided with a passageway to facilitate installation of the sealant, a sealant reservoir to protect electrical leads thereof, a sealant trough to protect wire ends of an associated device connector, and/or specially configured interior cavity walls or a cavity engagement member to enhance adhesion between the sealant and the cavity. Specially configured interior cavity walls may include textured walls, bumps and/or ribs.
