Abstract: A fastener cap includes a body having a top edge, a bottom edge, and side edges. The body has a thickness between 0.01 inches and 0.05 inches and protrusions extending from the body. Webs extend from the protrusions with each web extending from a corresponding one of the plurality of protrusions by a distance between 0.003 and 0.009 inches and each of the webs having a width between 0.008 and 0.014 inches. The fastener caps are coupled together by the webs in a continuous strip or roll. A roll of fastener caps includes a core-less design with a central opening bounded by three of the fastener caps in the roll. The reduced thickness of each cap and the core-less design increase the number of caps per roll. A method of manufacturing the caps allows for continuous production of a single and integral strip of interconnected caps.
