Abstract: Systems and methods for muscular development are disclosed. Various embodiments generally relate to devices and techniques for providing stimulus to the human body over time to achieve dramatic results in neuromuscular coordination, strength, endurance, rehabilitation, recovery, and/or muscle hypertrophy. Some embodiments provide for mobile applications and/or exercise devices that teach users how to manipulate smaller muscles to compound the effect on the larger muscles.
