These forms of Linsitinib provide increased solubility and improved pharmacokinetic profiles for orally administered pharmaceutical formulations. Accordingly, the invention enables improved methods for treating human insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor (IGF-1R) and insulin receptor (IR) mediated conditions.
