Abstract: An apparatus transfers a substrate. The apparatus includes: one substrate holder adsorbing and holding the substrate via an adsorption port; a nozzle being provided on a surface of the one substrate holder and allowing gas to pass therethrough; an adsorption flow path being connected to the adsorption port and allowing gas to flow therethrough; and a nozzle flow path being connected to the nozzle and allowing the gas to flow therethrough. The adsorption flow path of at least one of the one substrate holder and another substrate holder and the nozzle flow path are connected to a common gas suction mechanism. A pressure sensor and flow rate sensor are provided for the nozzle flow path. The flow rate of the nozzle flow path is varied according to a distance between an interferer and the one substrate holder and the pressure of the nozzle flow path.

  • Patent number: 8054959
Abstract: According to one embodiment, a telephone exchange apparatus includes a memory and a calculation module and a controller. The memory stores data associating a caller ID specifying a caller and a recipient ID specifying a transfer operation source with frequency of transfer for each of at least one of a telephone terminal and a group to be a transfer destination. The calculation module calculates a percent of transfer from frequency of transfer in a predetermined period and store the percent of transfer for each of the caller ID in the memory. The controller refers the memory based on the caller ID and the recipient ID included in an incoming call, and performs incoming call control to at least one of a telephone terminal and a group corresponding to a transfer destination including a percent of transfer which is larger than a predetermined value based on a reference result.

  • Publication number: 20060002376
Abstract: A telephone exchange connects a plurality of telephone terminals through a communication network that transmits voice packet, and allows the plurality of telephone terminals to communicate with each other. The telephone exchange includes: a storage unit, a controller, and a transfer unit. The storage unit stores a group table representing a correspondence between a plurality of extension groups into which the telephone terminals are classified and the telephone terminals belonging to the extension groups. The controller, when a connection request to one of the extension groups occurs, refers to the group table and performs connection control for the telephone terminals in the corresponding extension group. The transfer unit transfers voice packets sent from the requester to all of the telephone terminals that belongs to the corresponding extension group through the communication network.
