  • Patent number: 10929518
Abstract: The present invention provides an information processing apparatus that stores digital certificates. The information processing apparatus selects a digital certificate among the digital certificates stored in the storing unit in accordance with an instruction of a user, obtains an expiration date of the selected digital certificate and revocation information on the selected digital certificate. The information processing apparatus determines validity of the selected digital certificate on a basis of the obtained expiration date and the obtained revocation information and sets the digital certificate determined to be valid as a digital certificate for communication.

  • Patent number: 10362008
Abstract: An information processing system that is capable of performing communication at a high security level even when no encryption key having a predetermined or higher encryption strength is stored. An information processing system includes an MFP as an information processing apparatus and a client PC as the other information processing apparatus that is connected to the MFP. The MFP stores encryption keys in a key storage dedicated area of an HDD. When a strong key which is an encryption key difficult to crack is not stored in the key storage dedicated area, the strong key is generated. Communication between the MFP and the client PC is performed using the generated strong key.

  • Patent number: 10056708
Abstract: A first contact part in which three or more first indent parts are projectingly provided on the same circumference and a second contact part in which one second indent part is projectingly provided, in a terminal insertion process, the first indent part of the first contact part slides on the second contact part and the second indent part of the second contact part slides on the first contact part, and at a terminal insertion completion position, the second indent part intrudes into a position surrounded by the three or more first indent parts and outer circumference surfaces of the first indent parts come into contact with outer circumference surfaces of the second indent part, respectively.

  • Patent number: 9742100
Abstract: A connector includes a mat seal in which lips are protruded from an inner circumferential surface of a wire insertion hole, and a terminal to which an electric wire is connected and which has a cylindrical body to be inserted a mating terminal. The terminal is accommodated in a position that passes through the wire insertion hole, and the electric wire is arranged in a press-fitted state in the wire insertion hole. When a curvature radius of an edge part of the cylindrical body that contacts to the inner circumferential surface of the wire insertion hole in a process of passing through the wire insertion hole is denoted by R1 and a compression ratio of the lip in the process of passing through the wire insertion hole is denoted by CR1, the curvature radius R1 is set based on a formula of difficulty of mat seal breakage =f(R1/CR1).

  • Publication number: 20170110826
Abstract: A sealing member includes a wire insertion hole in which an electric wire is to be arranged, and a plurality of lip parts having. a protruding shape provided at intervals in an axial direction on an inner circumferential surface of the wire insertion hole. Each of the lip parts has the protruding shape along an inclined direction with respect to an orthogonal direction to the axial direction of the wire insertion hole, and adjacent ones of the lip parts are arranged in regions that do not overlap in the axial direction of the wire insertion hole.

  • Patent number: 8769782
Abstract: The first projecting portion (12) which is situated close to the entrance of the lock hole (11) imparts a reaction force to the lock arm (21) from therebehind so as to push the lock arm (21) towards the second projecting portion (13). Therefore, the engagement force of the permanent locking projection (23) on the lock arm (21) with the second projecting portion (13) on the lock hole can be enhanced, thereby making it possible to enhance the lock holding force. In addition, without the pressure imparted from the first projecting portion (12) to a back of the lock arm (21), the lock arm (21) would flex about the proximal end portion thereof, as a fulcrum, which is a support portion where to support the lock arm (21) which is the cantilever-shaped arm.

  • Patent number: 8573988
Abstract: A mounting structure of a connector for a circuit board is provided. A circuit board is formed with a cutout, the cutout has a rectangular shape which is defined by three rectilinear side edges and one side edge is open, and one of the three side edge is a terminal arranging side edge part. Terminals are provided in the terminal arranging side edge part and are arranged along a longitudinal direction of the terminal arranging side edge part. A connector housing is formed with terminal containing grooves on a lower face thereof. The terminals are respectively contained in the terminal containing grooves when the connector housing is fitted into the cutout. By fitting the connector housing into the cutout, the terminals are contained in the terminal containing grooves, thereby to construct the connector for the circuit board in which the terminals are used as connector terminals.
