    Abstract: A translation device is configured to acquire utterance spoken by a speaker in a first language and translate contents of the utterance into a second language for information presentation, and includes an input unit, a controller, a notification unit, and a storage. The input unit acquires the utterance in the first language and generates voice data from the utterance. The controller acquires a first evaluation value. The notification unit presents the speaker with information on utterance reinput request. The notification unit presents first information on utterance reinput request when the first evaluation value is less than or equal to a first predetermined value. The controller generates new voice recognition data with reference to the past voice recognition data and voice recognition data of reinput utterance, when the voice recognition data of the reinput utterance has an evaluation value less than or equal to a predetermined value.

    Abstract: An information notification method includes obtaining a parking time limit during which a user is allowed to continuously park a vehicle at a parking lot, measuring a travel time required for the user to move from the parking lot to a destination, obtaining a round trip time required for the user to make a round trip between the destination and the parking lot, calculating a remaining time during which the user is allowed to stay at the destination by subtracting, from the parking time limit, the round trip time and an elapsed time measured from when the user has reached the destination, determining whether the remaining time is less than or equal to a threshold value preset to zero or greater, and notifying the user that the remaining time is short if it is determined that the remaining time is less than or equal to the threshold value.

    Abstract: An information processing device acts as a neural network based on time-series data. The information processing device includes a memory and a processor. The memory stores an input variable having an ordinal number in the time-series data, and a parameter group for the neural network. The processor calculates an intermediate variable for each ordinal number based on the input variable having the ordinal number by performing transformation based on the parameter group, and calculates an output variable having the ordinal number based on the calculated intermediate variable. Upon calculating an (n+1)-th intermediate variable, the processor performs weighted sum of a calculation result of an n-th intermediate variable and a transformation result in which the n-th intermediate variable and an (n+1)-th input variable are transformed based on the parameter group, to calculate the (n+1)-th intermediate variable.
