  • Patent number: 8459870
Abstract: A packaging bag has a zipper including a pair of male member and a female member that are engageable with each other. The male member includes: a belt-shaped male base element provided on a packaging bag body; and a male engaging portion projecting from the belt-shaped male base element. The female member includes: a belt-shaped female base element located at a position opposed to the belt-shaped male base element; and a female engaging portion projecting from the belt-shaped female base element, the male engaging portion and the female engaging portion being disengageably engaged to form an engaging portion. The belt-shaped male base element and the belt-shaped female base element are made of a resin of which tensile modulus of elasticity is in a range of 700 MPa to 1600 MPa. The engaging portion is made of a resin of which tensile modulus of elasticity is in a range of 110 MPa to 560 MPa.

  • Publication number: 20120275730
Abstract: Since a rib having a thickness substantially equal to a thickness of each of first and second thick portions is provided in a cutting portion of a zipper tape, the first and second thick portions and the rib can be bonded to an inner surface when the zipper tape is bonded to a bag body. Accordingly, when tearing a packaging bag for opening, stress concentrates on a thin portion having a small tensile strength, so that the packaging bag can be cut at a single cutting position in the thin portion. Consequently, no cutting fragment is generated. Moreover, since a cutting line is positioned by the rib when tearing the packaging bag, the cutting line is not waved, so that the packaging bag can easily be torn with a linear cutting performance.

  • Publication number: 20120207409
Abstract: A connecting portion is provided between a first thick portion and a second thick portion in a cutting portion. Further, a thinnest portion on which a stress can be concentrated is provided to the connecting portion. Accordingly, when tearing a base material film of a bag body, the connecting portion can guide a cutting line toward the thinnest portion to position the cutting line in the thinnest portion, so that the bag body can be easily opened.

  • Publication number: 20120201480
Abstract: After engagement of a male belt-like member and a female belt-like member are disengaged, a void portion is formed by punching the female belt-like member with a die. The female belt-like member having the void portion and the male belt-like member are re-engaged with each other and fed between a folded base material film that is continuously fed. A male belt-like base and a female belt-like base are heat-sealed. A seal bar heat-seals the base material film to form a bottom seal portion. A side seal bar heat-seals the base material film to form side seal portions. The cutter cuts the base material film in the middle of the side seal portions to produce the packaging bag in which three sides of the bottom seal portion and the side seal portions are heat-sealed.

  • Patent number: 8011831
Abstract: A zipper tape includes a pair of a male member and a female member including engagement portions and belt-like bases, continued to the engagement portions. The belt-like base includes a seal base defined by widening the belt-like base a larger width from the engagement portions to a crosswise end of the belt-like base than that of the belt-like base. A bond layer and an easy-peel layer are layered on a surface of the seal base in side of the engagement portion and heat-fused to a bag body. The seal base is formed of polypropylene. The bond layer is formed of a mixture of polypropylene and low density polyethylene. The easy-peel layer is formed of a mixture of low density polyethylene and polypropylene. A ratio of polypropylene in the easy-peel layer is smaller than a ratio of polypropylene in the bond layer.

  • Publication number: 20100226599
Abstract: A fastener tape (1) includes a belt-shaped male member (11) on one side and a female member (12) to be engaged with the male member (11) on the other side. The male member (11) includes a belt-shaped base (111) welded to a bag body (20), and the female member (12) also includes a belt-shaped base (121) welded to the bag body (20). The wider belt-shaped base (121) provides a seal base (13) at a portion that is wider than the belt-shaped base (111). A peeling layer (14) and seal layer (15) are layered on a surface (13B) of the seal base (13) on a side of an engagement portion (10), so that the seal layer (15) is sealed to the opposing inner surface of the bag body (20) to provide a seal portion (16).

  • Patent number: 7765649
Abstract: The inner bottom (222b) of a female-like projection (22b) is provided with an elastic viscous material (4) continuous along the longitudinal direction so as to bulge into a space defined between hooks (221b, 221b) of the female-like projection (22b). When a female-like projection (21a) is fitted in the female-like projection (21b), the elastic viscous material (4) is pressed against the head (221a) of the male-like projection (22a) so as to be abutted against the head (221a) of the male-like projection (22a) while undergoing elastic deformation, and is in intimate contact with the surface of the front end side of the head (221a) by the adhesive force and elastic force, whereby the airtightness of the zipper-equipped bag can be secured.

  • Publication number: 20100014787
Abstract: A belt-like base of a female member of a zipper tape attached to inner surfaces of a bag body is widened toward a content side of the bag body relative to a facing belt-like base of a male member in order to define a seal base. The seal base includes a wedge-shaped linear portion formed in parallel to a longitudinal direction of an engagement portion. A seal portion is formed adjacent to a content-side edge of the linear portion by sealing the seal base on a facing inner surface of the bag body. The seal portion is shaped to provide continuous wave-shaped portions in which a triangular portion having a vertex (opening-side end) and a straight linear portion are integrated.
