  • Patent number: 12007179
Abstract: A heat exchanger includes: a plurality of flat tubes; a fin in which a plurality of notches are arranged side by side in a vertical direction, the fin having a plurality of intermediate portions and a connecting portion connecting the intermediate portions to each other; and a first bulging portion having an upper end edge and a lower end edge provided between a first notch and a second notch, the upper end edge being positioned in the intermediate portion and the lower end edge being positioned in the connecting portion. The upper end edge has a first upper end positioned on an intermediate portion side, and a second upper end positioned on a connecting portion side, the first upper end being positioned to be higher than the second upper end, or the first upper end being positioned at the same height as the second upper end.

  • Publication number: 20230368854
Abstract: A photonic spin register includes: a shift register unit including a magnetic material layer having a shape extending in one direction; and a write unit configured to write spin information into a magnetic domain in the magnetic material layer by transferring information included in an optical signal that is a pulse amplitude-modulated and serial input signal, to a spin state of the magnetic domain in the magnetic material layer by means of a photocurrent corresponding to the optical signal or by irradiation with the optical signal. When a shift current flows through the shift register unit in the one direction, a domain wall is configured to move in the magnetic material layer, thereby allowing the spin information to move and be buffered in the magnetic material layer.

  • Publication number: 20040155573
Abstract: A diamond high brightness ultraviolet ray emitting element employs the carrier high-density phase of a diamond as a light-emitting mechanism. It includes a diamond substrate, a first diamond layer formed on the diamond substrate, a second diamond layer formed on the first diamond layer and functioning as an emission layer, a third diamond layer formed on the second diamond layer, a first electrode formed on the first diamond layer, and a second electrode formed on the third diamond layer. The second diamond layer constitutes the carrier high-density phase formed by high-density excitation. The combination of the high-density excitation with the high-quality diamond can implement the device that has stable carrier high-density phase, and emission efficiency higher than a conventional device with low-density excitation.
