  • Publication number: 20260228625
Abstract: A processor is configured to divide a plurality of pieces of construction data used to construct a learning model into a plurality of data sets having a common probability distribution followed by the construction data, apply a hyperparameter selected from a plurality of hyperparameters related to the learning model to the learning model to derive an evaluation result for each of the plurality of data sets, determine a lowest evaluation result from among the evaluation results for each of the plurality of data sets as an evaluation value for the selected hyperparameter, and determine the hyperparameter by repeating the derivation of the evaluation result and the determination of the evaluation value while changing the hyperparameter until an end condition is satisfied.

  • Publication number: 20250246273
Abstract: An embodiment according to the technology of the present disclosure provides an evaluation method and an evaluation device for evaluating biological robustness of a cluster of multi-omics data and of clustering, and a visualization method and a visualization device for a result of the evaluation. According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided an evaluation method for a cluster executed by an evaluation device including a processor. The evaluation method includes causing the processor to: acquire cluster allocation information obtained from clustering performed on multi-omics data consisting of two or more omics by any method independent for each omics; calculate a rate of match between cluster allocations of different omics for each cluster from the cluster allocation information; calculate a first quantitative index indicating biological robustness of the cluster for each cluster based on the rate of match; and output the calculated first quantitative index.

  • Publication number: 20240242780
Abstract: The present disclosure enables to accurately extract a signal derived from a tumor cell from data in which a signal derived from a non-tumor cell is mixed. According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a data processing method executed by a data processing apparatus including a processor. The data processing method including causing the processor to execute: an input step of inputting first DNA profile data obtained by measuring a sample including a tumor cell and a plurality of known non-tumor cells; a signal removal step of removing a signal derived from the non-tumor cell, which is mixed in the input first DNA profile data, to acquire only a signal derived from the tumor cell; and an output step of outputting the signal derived from the tumor cell as a DNA profile feature amount of the sample.
