By displacement of the pressing plate 35 to the non-contacting state, the ferrule pressing part 30 can be extracted from the ferrule 10 side, and the ferrule pressing part 30 can therefore be removed from a column 2 in a state in which the ferrule 10 is attached in a swaged fashion.
