Abstract: A battery pack comprises a battery and a flexible printed circuit board (FPC) utilized to detect a voltage and a temperature of the battery. The FPC comprises a substrate having a front surface and a back surface, a thermistor which detects a temperature of the battery, temperature detection lines and voltage detection lines. The temperature detection lines are electrically connected to a thermistor and arranged between the back surface and the battery. The voltage detection lines are arranged on the front surface so as to overlap the temperature detection lines in a case that the FPC is observed in a plane view in a transmissive manner from a back surface to a front surface.

  • Patent number: 10134344
Abstract: A liquid crystal television increases or decreases a gradation value when the gradation value of an image signal to be displayed on a liquid crystal panel is within a prescribed range. Further, the liquid crystal television decreases or increases the luminance depending to the gradation value of the image signal based on the increase or decrease in the gradation value. The liquid crystal television applies a voltage depending on the gradation value after the change to the liquid crystal panel, such that a transmittance in the liquid crystal panel is changed (increased or decreased). Further, the liquid crystal television controls each light source to emit light with the luminance after the change, such that the luminance of the light radiated to the liquid crystal panel from the light source is changed (decreased or increased).

  • Patent number: 9384689
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to improve display quality in oblique view in a liquid crystal display device employing a multi-gap structure. After a gradation-transmittance characteristic when a liquid crystal panel is viewed from an oblique direction is acquired, a range of a gradation value in which a difference between a maximum value and a minimum value among three transmittances corresponding to each of the gradation values is minute is defined as a transmittance approximation range. A white balance parameter stored in a white balance adjustment LUT (130) is determined so that a maximum gradation value after correction by white balance adjustment for each color is set to the gradation value within the transmittance approximation range. By using the white balance parameter determined in this manner, the white balance adjustment is performed during operation of the liquid crystal display device.
