  • Publication number: 20060198576
Abstract: The present invention provides an optical multiplexer/demultiplexer which can demultiplex a multiplexed optical signal having a number of wavelength bands into respective wavelength regions, or multiplex light having respective wavelength regions in the field of optical communications. That is, light gained by multiplexing light having wavelengths ?1, ?2, ?3 and ?4 is emitted from an optical fiber (9a) and the optical axis thereof is bent by a micro lens (12a) of a micro lens array (14) so that the light is converted to parallel light which is then reflected from a mirror layer (19) so as to enter into a filter layer (17). A filter (17a) transmits only light having wavelength ?1, and light having other wavelengths is reflected and again reflected by the mirror layer (19) so as to enter into the filter layer (17). The optical axis of light that has transmitted through the filter (17a) is bent by a micro lens (12c) so that the light is coupled to an optical fiber (9c).

  • Publication number: 20060164738
Abstract: [Problem] An optical path converting type optical coupling element able to be bidirectionally used and restrain the number of parts at its minimum is provided. [Means for Resolution] A resin molding body has two faces (front face 15 and lower face 19) perpendicular to each other, and also has a total reflecting face 23 approximately having an angle of 45° with respect to these two faces. Plural collimating lenses 16 and a spacer 17 are integrally formed on one face. Plural collimating lenses 20 and a spacer 21 are also integrally formed on the other face. A wall taking-away portion 26 is concavely arranged between the two faces so as to be located on the rear face side of the total reflecting face 23. Guide holes 18, 22 for inserting guide pins thereinto and connected to optical connectors, etc. are bored on the two faces of the resin molding body.

  • Patent number: 7069723
Abstract: An anti-reaction valve device is configured to open such that a plunger and a sheet member move away from each other in association with first and second set difference pressures. Two anti-reaction valve devices are provided between two pipes fluidically connected to a hydraulically powered actuator such that directional relationship of connection of primary and secondary ports is reversed between the two anti-reaction valve devices so that a reaction of the actuator is inhibited quickly and reliably. A one-way valve is positioned between the secondary port and an open and close control chamber within which the plunger and the sheet member are movable into contact with and away from each other and serves to inhibit a back flow of a hydraulic fluid. The one-way valve is capable of inhibiting the plunger and the sheet member from moving away from each other undesirably, and hence malfunction of the anti-reaction valve devices.

Two anti-reaction valve devices are provided between two pipes fluidically connected to a hydraulically powered actuator such that directional relationship of connection of primary and secondary ports is reversed between the two anti-reaction valve devices so that a reaction of the actuator is inhibited quickly and reliably. A one-way valve means is positioned between the secondary port and an open and close control chamber within which the plunger and the sheet member are movable into contact with and away from each other and serves to inhibit a back flow of a hydraulic fluid. The one-way valve means is capable of inhibiting the plunger and the sheet member from moving away from each other undesirably, and hence malfunction of the anti-reaction valve devices.

  • Patent number: 6892481
Abstract: A joystick device is provided including a larger number of proportional control actuators than the prior art thereby enjoying higher operability. Joystick device includes an operation lever having a grip portion provided on a surface thereof with a slide switch substantially T-shaped in section. The slide switch has a web portion connected to an upper surface of a shaft rotatably supported at a lower portion of the operation panel. A magnet is embedded in a lower surface of the shaft. When the operator slides the slide switch, the web portion of the slide switch pivots about the shaft, while the shaft rotates to displace the magnet in accordance with pivotal movement of the web portion. A magnetic sensor detects a variation in magnetic field intensity in accordance with displacement of the magnet, whereby a voltage proportional to the amount of movement of the slide switch is outputted.
