    Abstract: A component mounting device is capable of mounting a component having a feature portion on an upper surface, on a board. The component mounting device picks up a component by a pickup member and loads the picked-up component on a temporary loading stand at an angle substantially equal to a target mounting angle to the board. Subsequently, the component mounting device images the upper surface of the loaded component by an upper imaging device and picks up again the loaded component. Then, the component mounting device mounts the component picked up again at the target mounting angle at the target mounting position corrected based on the positional deviation amount of the feature portion recognized by the upper surface image of the imaged upper surface.

    Abstract: A mounting device sets a processing region for super-resolution processing based on an approximate position of a main body portion of a component included in a mark image for use in obtaining a position of a fiducial mark and then performs super-resolution processing. Thus, the processing region for super-resolution processing can be appropriately set and prevented from becoming larger than necessary with respect to the main body portion of the component. Further, the processing region for super-resolution processing is determined using the mark image captured under an imaging condition different from that for the component image for use in super-resolution processing. Thus, the processing region can be appropriately set while the component image is kept under an imaging condition suitable for super-resolution processing. Therefore, the processing region for performing super-resolution processing can be set more appropriately, and the super-resolution processing can be efficiently performed.

A CPU of the component mounting device reads a two-dimensional bar-code of a head which is stored in a head storage area using a bar-code reader when exchanging a first head which is held in a head holding body of a head unit for a second head which is stored in the head storage area. The CPU looks up the identification code included in the two-dimensional bar-code in the correspondence relationship which is stored in the HDD and recognizes the head type which is stored in the head storage area. Subsequently, the CPU controls the head holding body of the head unit to perform head exchanging operations according to the recognized head type.
