The attachment tool body includes a cylindrical part and a flange part extending radially outward from one axial end of the cylindrical part. The flange part includes a plurality of notches recessed radially inward from a peripheral edge of the flange part. The cap includes a clamping part that is fastened to a radially outer portion of the flange part including the plurality of notches.
