Abstract: A driving operation determiner that is configured to: based on lever operation information representing whether or not a turn signal lever of a vehicle is operated, and based on yaw rate information representing a yaw rate of the vehicle, make a determination as to whether, in an identified duration between a first time and a second time, a difference between a maximum value and a minimum value of the yaw rate is at least a first threshold value and an absolute value of the maximum value of the yaw rate is at least a second threshold value, the turn signal lever being switched from a non-operation state to an operation state at the first time, and the turn signal lever being switched from the operation state to the non-operation state at the second time subsequent to the first time.

Abstract: A driving operation determiner is configured to: based on brake operation information representing whether or not a brake pedal of a vehicle is pressed, lever operation information representing whether or not a turn signal lever of the vehicle is operated, and vehicle speed information of the vehicle, determine whether a first specific condition is satisfied, the first specific condition being satisfied in a case in which, in a state in which the vehicle is capable of forward travel, the brake pedal of the vehicle changes from an unpressed state to a pressed state and the turn signal lever is not operated; and determine whether, within a predetermined set duration of time from a first time at which the first specific condition is satisfied, the turn signal lever is operated and a maximum value of a vehicle speed of the vehicle is a first threshold value or greater.

Abstract: A driving diagnosis unit is provided that determines that when a condition that a blinker lever of a vehicle is moved to a predetermined position and the vehicle travels forward is satisfied, when an absolute value of an accumulated value of a yaw angle of the vehicle in a direction indicated by the blinker lever is equal to or less than a first threshold value and when an absolute value of a steering angle of a steering wheel of the vehicle indicates that the steering wheel rotates in a direction opposite to the direction indicated by the blinker lever by a second threshold value or more, the vehicle travels at an intersection while the vehicle pushes in the opposite direction.
