  • Publication number: 20190067660
Abstract: A separator for electrochemical elements that interposes between paired electrodes, is made of a nonwoven fabric formed by accumulating fibers in a sheet form, and retains an electrolytic solution. Frequency of nonwoven fabric pores having diameters of 0.05 to 1.00 ?m is 90% or greater with respect to all pores, frequency of mode of pore diameter is 60% or greater with respect to the frequency in the entire interval, and frequency within 10% above or below mode of pore diameter of the separator is 75% or greater with respect to the frequency in the entire interval. As a result, a separator for electrochemical elements having both sufficient shielding property and thinness, excellent wettability and liquid retention of electrolytic solutions, and heat resistance, and an electrochemical element using the separator are provided.

  • Patent number: 10116325
Abstract: When compressing an arrangement of fixed-length records in a columnar direction, a data compression device carries out data compression aligned with the performance of a data decompression device by computing a number of rows processed with one columnar compression from the performance on the decompression device side, such as the memory cache capacity of the decompression device or the capacity of a primary storage device which may be used by an application, and the size of one record. Thus, while improving compression ratios of large volumes of data, including an alignment of a plurality of fixed-length records, decompression performance is improved.

  • Publication number: 20170373294
Abstract: A separator is described having high safety, high output characteristics, and excellent heat resistance, and a nonaqueous battery including the separator. The separator is characterized in that it is a porous sheet formed using a specifically fibrillated raw material that has fibrillated, regenerated-cellulose fibers as necessary main components. Average pore diameter of through-holes is 0.03 ?m to 1.0 ?m inclusive. A nonaqueous battery is then manufactured using this separator.
