  • Patent number: 5430120
Abstract: The present invention provides a release agent formed by reacting an organopolysiloxane compound having at least one hydrogen atom with a hydrocarbon compound having at least one double bond which reacts with said hydrogen atom and a manufacturing method thereof. The release agent of this invention, which makes substantially no migration into any pressure sensitive adhesive layer, is well adaptable to whichever process, extrusion laminating process or coating process.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: April 2, 1993
Date of Patent: July 4, 1995

  • Patent number: 5139835
Abstract: A synthetic resin laminated paper is disclosed which comprises a synthetic resin film layer and a paper layer, the improvement wherein an adhesion-release control agent layer is interposed between the film layer and said paper layer. The synthetic resin laminated paper of the present invention can be easily separated into a laminated film and a paper by a mechanical treatment within a shortened period of time with minimum consumption of energy. Moreover, the pulverization of the laminated film is prevented and thus operation efficiency of separation is enhanced.

  • Patent number: 4937110
Abstract: The present invention provides a laminated material for cups good for both hot and cold drinks comprising a base material and a resin layer laminated thereon, wherein the melting point of the aforementioned resin layer is not less than 95.degree. C. when measured by DSC, the difference .DELTA..theta. between the advancing contact angle (.theta.a) and the receding contact angle (.theta.r) for water is not more than 20.degree., and the resin layer has a heat sealability. According to the present invention, a laminated material for cups good for both hot and cold drinks can be provided, these cups being also excellent in bubble-arresting property and sliding property as well as vending property.

  • Patent number: 4702874
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a release paper characterized in that a mixture of polyolefin and a silicone release agent compatible therewith comprising a reaction product of polymethyl hydrogen siloxane, vinyl group-containing poly-dimethyl siloxane and at least one of olefins or polyolefins having one or more double-bonds is extruded onto a substrate of paper, fabric, film etc., the laminate is heat treated for the release agent contained in the mixed layer of the above-mentioned laminate to bleed onto the surface of the mixed layer to be thus localized and the localized release agent is fixed by curing. The release agent's compatibility with the polyolefin, and this film forming and stretching properties are improved, and since the release agent of high concentration is localized and fixed by curing on the surface of the release agent layer, only a small amount of the release agent is needed.

  • Patent number: 4013639
Abstract: Iminodibenzyl derivatives of the formula: ##SPC1##Wherein R and R.sup.1 each represent hydrogen, halogen, amino, sulfamoyl, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy or lower alkanoyl, provided that R and R.sup.1 can not both be hydrogen and when R and R.sup.1 are the same, they are located at positions asymmetric to each other, are produced in high purity and yield by a series of reactions which proceed through novel 2,2'-dinitrostilbene or 2,2'-diaminostilbene and 2,2'-diaminodibenzyl derivatives. The reaction sequence involves condensation, reduction and ring-closure reactions to give asymmetric as well as symmetric iminodibenzyl derivatives. The resulting iminodibenzyl derivatives may be converted to useful pharmaceutical compounds having anti-depressant, analgesic or anti-allergic properties.
