  • Patent number: 9048036
Abstract: A switching apparatus includes a base, a housing, a main switch for mechanically disconnecting a power supply circuit and an interlock switch for electrically disconnecting the power supply circuit. The switching apparatus also includes a lever which is rotatably supported by one of the base and the housing and also is engaged with an engaging section formed in the other of the base and the housing. The lever causes a wall of the housing to be slid in a depth direction of an annular groove of the base in accordance with a rotation of the lever. The interlock switch is disconnected ahead of the main switch by separating a movable terminal of the interlock switch away from a fixed terminal of the interlock switch when the lever is rotated to cause the housing slid in a direction away from the base.

  • Patent number: 8312952
Abstract: A battery positioning structure reliably positions battery modules on a vehicle chassis even when battery modules have different sizes and heights. The battery positioning structure includes a bracket having at opposite ends not only check plates which are configured to be positioned on a body of the electric vehicle but also locks at opposite side edges of the bracket, the bracket being configured to be attached to outer surfaces of the battery modules and to unite the battery modules, and bands configured to extend across the bracket, and linked to the locks at opposite ends of the bracket. The battery modules and the bracket are positioned on the body of the electric vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20120270081
Abstract: A battery unit includes a plurality of battery cells and a cooling substrate. The battery cells are disposed so as to hold the cooling substrate therebetween. A face of the battery cell other than a terminal face thereof where terminals are provided is attached to a cooling surface of the cooling substrate so as to transfer heat between the cooling surface and the face attached thereto.

  • Patent number: 7528518
Abstract: A front wheel is rotatably fitted to a knuckle of a suspension by means of a hub unit. While a stator bracket, which is fitted to an outer hub of the hub unit fixed to the knuckle, supports an annular stator, a rotor bracket, which is fitted to an inner hub of the hub unit to which the front wheel is fixed, supports an annular rotor, outside the stator. Rotation of the rotor is guided by a bearing of the hub unit.
