  • Patent number: 7057389
Abstract: A nuclear magnetic resonance diagnosing apparatus for continuously taking tomograms in a space formed between a pair of magnets includes a cylindrical table top support of a gantry side, a pair of magnets vertically arranged, a table top support of the gantry side being interposed between the pair of magnets; and a column for supporting at least the magnet arranged in an upper side between the pair of magnets. The column is formed so that between a gantry and an examining table body, a width between a bridge construction, which is provided between the column and the table top support of the gantry side, and the table top support of the gantry side may be smaller than an examination width L determined by lines R? passing through a center of the table top support of the gantry side perpendicular to a center line R.

  • Publication number: 20040232916
Abstract: In order to improve accessibility of a doctor or the others to an examined person by forming continuous wide open-space area around a table top support of gantry side, in a nuclear magnetic resonance diagnosing apparatus for continuously taking tomograms of the examined person in a space formed between a pair of magnets comprising the cylindrical table top support of gantry side 11; the pair of magnets 4 and 5 vertically arranged, the table top support of gantry side being interposed between the pair of magnets; and a column 6 for supporting at least the magnet arranged in an upper side between the pair of magnets, the nuclear magnetic resonance diagnosing apparatus further comprises a support system such as a bed 3 having a slide table 43 sliding on the table top support of gantry side 11; a slide table support means 45 for mounting the slide table, the slide support means being arranged in a periphery of the table top support of gantry side and in a radial direction along the periphery; and a slide drive un

  • Patent number: 6778849
Abstract: A body probe for MRI has a base coil portion, two side coil portions to be connected to side-coil connecting portions provided on both sides of the base coil portion, and a center coil portions which connects the two side coil portions at the center of the chest of the subject. Each side coil portion is made of a soft member and has a flexible coil embedded inside, so that the side coil portion can have a shape which matches the side surface of the subject. Provided at the center of the two side coil portions which are to be connected to the center coil portions at the chest of the subject is a fixing band for fixing the side coil portions and the center coil portion in close contact with the subject.

  • Patent number: 6609826
Abstract: A mobile type radiography apparatus having a truck movable on a floor, an X-ray control unit mounted on the truck, a first supporting arm having two branches supporting an X-ray generator and an X-ray image reception device at mutually opposite positions to sandwich a subject between the X-ray generator and the X-ray image reception device, an arm supporting mechanism having a second arm extending toward an outside of the branches of the first supporting arm and supporting the first supporting arm so as to be movable. A supporting pole mechanism is mounted on the truck so as to extend upwardly therefrom and an arm motion mechanism is located between the arm supporting mechanism and the supporting pole mechanism for linearly supporting the arm supporting mechanism so as to enable movement of the first supporting arm in horizontal directions perpendicular to longitudinal directions of the second arm.
