  • Publication number: 20260219226
Abstract: A catalyst ink test system includes a sample acquisition part, an impedance analysis device, and a processing device. The sample acquisition part collects a test sample from the catalyst ink. The impedance analysis device measures impedance of the sample. Based on impedance measurement data, the impedance analysis device generates a Cole-Cole plot corresponding to a preset equivalent circuit. The processing device acquires a resonance frequency of the sample based on the Cole-Cole plot. The processing device acquires an amount of foreign matter in the sample, which changes toward an increasing trend, when the resonance frequency of the sample is lower than a reference resonance frequency.

  • Patent number: 12584486
Abstract: In a centrifugal fan, a tangent line, which is tangent to a positive pressure surface of a blade and passes through a trailing edge of the blade, is defined as a first tangent line. A virtual circle is centered on a rotational axis and passes through the trailing edge. A tangent line, which is tangent to the virtual circle and passes through the trailing edge, is defined as a second tangent line. An angle, which is placed in front of the first tangent line in a rotational direction and is on an outer side of the virtual circle relative to the second tangent line, is defined as an outlet angle. When a change in the outlet angle is viewed at each of a plurality of locations along the trailing edge, the trailing edge has at least one inflection point.

  • Publication number: 20260043412
Abstract: A manufacturing method of a centrifugal fan includes assembling first to fourth dies. The first die molds a main plate. The second die molds: a main plate inner region of the main plate; a convex portion of each blade; a negative pressure surface of a leading edge portion of each blade; and each first region of the main plate. Each third die molds: a positive pressure surface of trailing and leading edge portions of one of adjacent two blades; the negative pressure surface of the trailing edge portion of the other one of the adjacent two blades; a second region of the main plate; and an adjacent portion of the ring. The fourth die molds the ring. The method includes: injecting a material into a molding region formed by the first to fourth dies; molding an integrated article; and separating the first to fourth dies from the integrated article.

  • Publication number: 20250188573
Abstract: Provided is an Al—Si alloy for casting which is capable of imparting high yield strength to an Al—Si alloy casting in addition to being capable of effectively suppressing the occurrence of cracking when press-fitting a self-piercing rivet into an aluminum alloy casting. In addition, provided are: an Al—Si alloy casting which has high yield strength and effectively suppresses the occurrence of cracking when press-fitting a self-piercing rivet therein; and an Al—Si alloy casting joint in which said Al—Si alloy casting is the material to be joined. The Al—Si alloy for casting in the present invention is characterized by comprising Si in the amount of 5.0-12.0 mass %, Mn in the amount of 0.4-1.5 mass %, Mg in the amount of 0.05-0.6 mass %, Cr in the amount of 0.1-0.5 mass %, and Fe in an amount greater than 0 and no greater than 0.6 mass %, with the remainder constituting Al and inevitable impurities.
