  • Patent number: 11893869
Abstract: An information processing device uses models generated under different conditions, and predicts alarms occurring in the case in which each of a plurality of operation patterns, which is virtually generated in relation to the operation of an actual plant by a worker, is implemented with respect to the actual plant. Then, the information processing device sets the degree of reliability of the prediction result regarding each of the plurality of operation patterns. Subsequently, based on the degree of reliability of the prediction result, the information processing device performs display control with respect to the alarms.

  • Publication number: 20230061033
Abstract: An information processing device calculates a behavior of an actual plant by simulation using a virtual plant following an operational status of the actual plant with respect to each of a plurality of operation pattern plans including operation information in which operations on the actual plant and times of execution at which the operations are executed are associated with each other. The information processing device outputs the operation pattern plans and respective calculation results in association with each other.

  • Publication number: 20230065835
Abstract: When a worker executes an operation on an actual plant, an information processing device generates a first calculation result obtained by calculating a behavior of the actual plant after execution of the operation using a virtual plant following an operational status of the actual plant and generates each second calculation result obtained by calculating a behavior of the actual plant with respect to each of operation pattern plans corresponding to a state of the actual plant. The information processing device evaluates the operation that is executed by the worker based on the first calculation result and the second calculation result.

  • Publication number: 20220382267
Abstract: An information processing device predicts, using a virtual plant which follows an actual plant, the occurrence of a first-type alarm in the actual plant in the case of implementation of each of a plurality of operation patterns virtually generated in relation to the operation of the actual plant by a worker. Then, the information processing device readjusts a prediction value, which serves as the basis for the prediction that the first-type alarm would be output, within a threshold value range; and performs re-prediction of the occurrence of a second-type alarm, which is different than the first-type alarm, using the virtual plant. Subsequently, based on the result of the re-prediction, the information processing device performs display control of the alarms predicted using the virtual plant.

  • Publication number: 20220382233
Abstract: Regarding each of a plurality of operation patterns virtually generated in regard to the operation performed by a worker with respect to an actual plant, an information processing device uses plant data related to the operation of the actual plant and uses a virtual plant which follows the actual plant, and predicts the state transition of the actual plant in the case of implementing each operation pattern. Then, the information processing device outputs each operation pattern in a corresponding manner to the state transition of the actual plant as obtained by the virtual plant.

  • Patent number: 11353835
Abstract: Provided is a plant operation support apparatus including a plant simulator, a predictor, and a predicted KPI deriver. The plant simulator simulates a state at a current time or a predetermined time of a plant based on information obtained from the plant, to output an estimated value at the current time or the predetermined time of process data in the plant. The predictor predicts a state at a predetermined future time of the plant based on the estimated value and outputs a predicted value of the process data in the plant. The predicted KPI deriver derives a predicted KPI which is an index for monitoring the state at the future time of a task to be monitored in plant operation based on the predicted value.
