    Abstract: In an electric power storage module (1), a sheet member (30) including a metal layer is provided to cover an outer surface (10s) of a stacked body (10). Therefore, moisture intrusion into the stacked body (10) is curbed compared to a case in which a sheet configured only of a resin layer is provided. In particular, the sheet member (30) extends from a position on a current collector (15) of a positive terminal electrode (13) through an outer surface (10s) to a position on the current collector (15) of a negative terminal electrode (12), and is divided into a first portion (31) and a second portion (32) that partially overlap in a cross section along a stacking direction (D). A first portion (31) and a second portion (32) are electrically insulated from each other.

Then, a pulsed laser beam is introduced into the hollow tube from the larger opening thereof and then, reflected multiply on the inner wall surface of the hollow tube. The introduced pulsed laser beam is focused during the traveling for the smaller opening of the hollow tube to generate a focused laser beam. The thus obtained focused laser beam is output from the smaller opening of the hollow tube.
