  • Publication number: 20260082823
Abstract: To reduce the loss of superconductive passive elements, the superconductive passive element of the embodiment of the present disclosure includes a first conductor part having a deposited superconductor and a second conductor part having a superconductor. Here, the first conductor part is separated from the second conductor part, the outermost surface of the superconductor deposited on the first conductor part being opposite the second conductor part. Preferably, the superconductor of the second conductor part is one that has been deposited, and the first conductor part and the second conductor part are arranged with their respective outermost surfaces facing each other and separated from each, as in the superconductive passive element. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method for manufacturing the above superconductive passive element is also provided.

  • Publication number: 20250290776
Abstract: A position detection device for detecting a position of a displaceable detection object includes a substrate, a transmitter coil and a receiver coil. The substrate is disposed facing the detection object. The transmitter coil extends in a plane direction of the substrate. The receiver coil in which wiring is formed in a spiral shape and aligned in a direction of displacement of the detection object includes a plurality of spiral portions which are inductively coupled by electromagnetic induction caused by current passing through the transmitter coil, a connecting wire which electrically connect the plurality of spiral portions to each other, and a parallel wire which is electrically connected to the spiral portions and the connecting wire and extends parallel to the connecting wire.

  • Publication number: 20250283739
Abstract: A position detection device includes a first target that reciprocates in a predetermined movement direction, a second target that reciprocates together with the first target in the movement direction, and a substrate. The substrate is disposed on one side of the substrate in a normal direction with respect to the first and second targets, and has a first receiver coil and a second receiver coil that output a detection signal according to a position of the first target by electromagnetic induction. The substrate has a third receiver coil and a fourth receiver coil that output a detection signal according to a position of the second target by electromagnetic induction. A first receiving area occupied by the first and second receiver coils in the substrate, and a second receiving area occupied by the third and fourth receiver coils in the substrate are arranged side by side in the movement direction.

  • Publication number: 20250283738
Abstract: A position detection device includes a substrate, a transmitter coil formed in the substrate, and first and second receiver coils formed in the substrate and inductively coupled by electromagnetic induction caused by energizing the transmitter coil. The substrate is a multilayer substrate with six or more wiring layers and insulating layers alternately arranged between each of the wiring layers. The substrate includes a plurality of conductive penetrating portions each formed to penetrate at least one of the insulating layers so as to connect the six or more wiring layers. Each of the first and second receiver coils is wound a plurality of turns in each wiring layer, excluding at least one wiring layer, among the six or more wiring layers, and is connected through the conductive penetrating portions. At least one of the conductive penetrating portions is disposed inside each of the first and second receiver coils.

  • Publication number: 20250155265
Abstract: A position detection device includes a substrate disposed to face a displaceable detection object, a transmitting coil provided in the substrate, a first receiving coil and a second receiving coil which are disposed inside the transmitting coil in a normal direction with respect to a surface direction of the substrate, and a signal processing unit that derives a displacement amount of the detection object in view of a gap between the detection object and the substrate, based on a first characteristic value of the first receiving coil and a second characteristic value of the second receiving coil.

  • Patent number: 11366034
Abstract: In a pressure/temperature sensor, a sensor circuit is held by a holding member inside a tube that is fixed to a pipe, and an introduction portion is provided in the holding member at an inner side of the pipe with respect to the sensor circuit. The introduction portion includes a plurality of blades having blade surfaces extending along a protrusion direction of the introduction portion with respect to the sensor circuit. The plurality of blades are arranged radially on a surface perpendicular to the protrusion direction, and angles defined by the blade surfaces of the adjacent blades are all acute angles. Thus, regardless of the angle at which the blade is attached with respect to the flow direction of the measuring medium, an acute-angled portion of any adjacent blades is directed to the flow direction of the measuring medium. Therefore, a pressure loss of the measuring medium can be reduced.

  • Patent number: 5041079
Abstract: The present invention provides removing agents comprising a solid substance with a weakly acidic or weakly alkaline surface. Since the removing agents can be used for treating body fluid of a patient by, for example, extra-corporeal circulation system thereby effectively removing human immunodeficiency virus and/or its related compounds contained in the body fluid, it is expected that the life of the patient could be prolonged. The significance of the present invention therefore is great.
