  • Patent number: 10661668
Abstract: A power conversion apparatus capable of cheaply securing safety and achieving watertightness. The power conversion apparatus (100) has: a charging device (14) for charging from an external power source (20) to a cell (30); an inverter (13) for converting the current of the cell (30) from direct current to alternating current and supplying the current to a motor (40); and a junction box (15) for relaying an electrical connection. The inverter (13), the charging device (14), and the junction box (15) are contained in a single housing. Also, the charging device (14) and the junction box (15) are electrically connected, and the junction box (15) and the inverter (13) are electrically connected. Also, the junction box (15) and the inverter (13) are connected by a bus bar (16).

  • Patent number: 8006663
Abstract: A glow power selected from a map based on a coolant temperature and an intake air temperature is applied to a glow plug provided at a combustion cylinder after an engine starts. Air-fuel mixture is heated and combusted, and then a rotation variation is calculated from a difference between a maximum rotating speed and a minimum rotating speed of the combustion cylinder. If the rotation variation is outside an allowable range with reference to an average rotation variation for four cylinders, the glow power corresponding to the combustion cylinder is corrected by a correction value set based on the rotation variation, thereby equalizing rotation variations for all cylinders.

  • Publication number: 20080276599
Abstract: There is provided an exhaust air purifier for an internal combustion engine that reduces the frequency of estimation of an amount of accumulated particulate matter, and hence energy consumption involved in the estimation of the amount. Based on a difference ?P1 between the exhaust pressures before and after a DPF 12 and based on a second amount of accumulated PM, QPM 2, estimated based on a temperature increase arising when the PM is temporarily heated, first map data for estimating a first amount of accumulated PM, QPM1, based on the difference ?P1 between the pressures before and after the DPF12 is corrected so that a amount of accumulated PM when the difference ?P1 between the exhaust pressures is obtained equals the second amount of accumulated PM, QPM 2. This further improves the accuracy of the first amount of accumulated PM, QPM1, estimated by “the process of estimating the first amount of accumulated PM” performed subsequently.
