  • Patent number: 10899576
Abstract: A cord reel apparatus includes a circular plate configured to rotate in response to pulling out or rewinding of a cord, a guide groove on the circular plate, a sensor member having a first protrusion which is slidable in the guide groove, a top plate facing the circular plate with the sensor member sandwiched therebetween, a second protrusion provided on the sensor member and projecting in a direction toward the circular plate, and a first pressing portion provided on the sensor member and disposed in a direction toward the top plate. When the first protrusion is closest to a bottom surface of the guide groove, the second protrusion is not in contact with the circular plate. When the first protrusion rides on a wall surface of the guide groove, the first pressing portion is in contact with the top plate, so that the second protrusion contacts the circular plate.

  • Patent number: 10498124
Abstract: A cord reel device is a cord reel device for winding a cord in an extendable and retractable manner, and includes an enclosure, a reel, a pin, a support column, and a ring. The reel is rotatably disposed around a rotation axis AX in the enclosure and includes a hollow reel body around which a reel cord can be wound. The reel body has an outer peripheral surface and an inner peripheral surface. The pin extends between the outer peripheral surface and the inner peripheral surface of the reel body, with one end thereof on the outer peripheral surface side being connected with the reel cord. The support column is disposed inside the reel body. The ring is at least partially embedded in the support and disposed so as to be in constant contact with another end of the pin on the inner peripheral surface side.

  • Patent number: 10464778
Abstract: The cord reel device includes a reel body provided with a rotation shaft, a housing that stores inside the reel body in a rotatable manner, and a cord which is wound around the reel body so as to be extractable and which is extracted to an outside through an opening of the housing. The reel body has disk-shaped members on a plane perpendicular to the rotation shaft, and the cord is stored in a space formed between the disk-shaped members. A guide section inclined relative to the rotation shaft of the reel body is provided around peripheries of the disk-shaped members of the reel body. While the cord is wound around the reel body, the guide section guides the cord to the rotation shaft of the reel body.
