Polyamide pre-expanded particles, and polyamide foam molded article and method of producing the same
Patent number: 11884818Abstract: Polyamide pre-expanded particles of this disclosure have a peak temperature of a maximum endothermic peak of 150-275° C. on a DSC curve obtained while being heated from 30° C. to 280° C. at a heating rate of 10° C./min using a DSC. The width of the peak is 30-80° C. when a straight line approximating the DSC curve on a high-temperature side relative to the peak after an end of melting is used as a baseline. The width corresponds to a difference between an extrapolated melting start temperature which is a temperature at an intersection point between a tangent line at an inflection point of the peak on a low-temperature side and the baseline, and an extrapolated melting end temperature which is a temperature at an intersection point between a tangent line at an inflection point of the peak on a high-temperature side and the baseline.Type: GrantFiled: July 31, 2019Date of Patent: January 30, 2024Assignee: ASAHI KASEI KABUSHIKI KAISHAInventors: Yoshinori Fujino, Ryota Nakayama, Yasuyuki Kawazu -
Publication number: 20220169849Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to provide polyamide-based resin pre-expanded particles which can serve as a raw material of a polyamide-based resin foam shaped product having an excellent mechanical strength. Polyamide-based resin pre-expanded particles of the present disclosure contain a polyamide-based resin. The polyamide-based resin pre-expanded particles have an expansion ratio of 1.0 or more, wherein the expansion ratio is a ratio (?1/?2) of a density ?1 (g/cm3) to a density ?2 (g/cm3) after being pressurized with air at 0.9 MPa and then heated for 30 seconds with saturated steam at a temperature higher than a thermal fusion temperature by 5° C.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 27, 2020Publication date: June 2, 2022Applicant: ASAHI KASEI KABUSHIKI KAISHAInventors: Ryota NAKAYAMA, Yoshinori FUJINO, Takashi ONOE, Terumichi TONOOKA

Patent number: 10967909Abstract: A side frame comprises a center pillar which includes a reinforcement provided on an outward side in a vehicle width direction and an inner panel provided on an inward side in the vehicle width direction. The reinforcement comprises upper-and-lower hinge attachment sections for attaching rear-door hinges and first-and-second recessed beads for promoting bending of the center pillar in a vehicle side collision. The hinge attachment sections are provided to be spaced apart from each other in a vertical direction. The first recessed bead is provided at a higher level than the lower hinge attachment section. The second recessed bead is provided at a lower level than the lower hinge attachment section and configured to be bent before the first recessed bead in the vehicle side collision.Type: GrantFiled: July 18, 2019Date of Patent: April 6, 2021Assignee: MAZDA MOTOR CORPORATIONInventors: Hideaki Hoshuyama, Shuang Gao, Ryota Nakayama, Akihiro Kawano, Satoshi Okumura
