  • Publication number: 20240100961
Abstract: This disclosure relates to a driving force adjusting device including a pair of electric motors (1) that drives left and right wheels (5) of a vehicle, a differential mechanism (3) that provides the left and right wheels (5) with a torque difference, and left and right drive shafts (4) that transmits driving force from the differential mechanism and to the left and right wheels (5), the driving force adjusting device having four elements and two degree of freedom. In this driving force adjusting device, inertia moments (JML,JMR) on paths from the pair of electric motors (1) to the left and right wheels (5) are set to values such that a resonance frequency (f) of the driving force adjusting device when the vehicle is turning comes to be larger than a yaw resonance frequency (fyaw) of the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 7806217
Abstract: A motorcycle includes a front part having a steering mechanism with which a front wheel is steered based on the manipulation of the steering of a steering handle, and a swing mechanism extending from either a body frame and an engine for vertically movably supporting the steering mechanism. The steering mechanism is connected to the swing mechanism via a lower spherical bearing and an upper spherical bearing.

  • Patent number: 7641015
Abstract: A motorcycle includes a rear swing arm which has upper and lower arms and an arm body. The upper and lower arms are vertically swingably attached to either a body frame or an engine via pivot shafts that are disposed in vertically spaced relation to each other and extend parallel to each other toward a rear wheel. The arm body is swingably connected to a rear end of the upper and lower arms via support shafts for supporting the rear wheel.
