The extraction electrode is extracted from the excitation electrode to one side portion. The piezoelectric vibrating piece includes a front surface and a back surface. At least one of the front surface and the back surface includes an index mark formed in a region. The region includes at least a part of a side portion on an opposite side of the one side portion. The region allows application of an adhesive.
